NWSCC Workforce Pipeline Flexible Recruiting Opportunities

    NWSCC is hosting a wide range of open-enrollment trainings many free to students that consistently draw individuals who are actively seeking new career opportunities and industry credentials. These participants have already taken the first step by showing up and committing to training, making them excellent candidates for your workforce needs.

    How it works:

    • Employers are invited to visit training sites and connect directly with students.

    • The process is quick and simple no presentation or technology required.

    • Share information about your company and opportunities while meeting candidates face-to-face.

    • Choose from a growing calendar of training sessions and attend as often as you’d like.

    • Heavy Equipment (Skid Steer, Bulldozer, Excavator, Asphalt Roller)

    • Food & Beverage (front and back of house)

    • Fiber Optics (splicing focus)

    • Customer Service

    • Mental Health Worker

    • Carpentry Helper

    • Veterinary Assistant

    • More programs are added regularly

    This is a low-commitment, high-impact opportunity to meet candidates where they are building skills, showing up, and ready to work.

    Bonus: Employers can also schedule customized training for their own employees through NWSCC.
